摘要:本课题主要研究了皂基体系在不同相态及稳定性之间的规律性。首先,通过探究实验确定不同脂肪酸配比条件下皂基体系的基础配方和制备工艺,然后不同时间段研究其在25℃下的稳定性及黏度变化,同时研究其在高低温条件下的稳定性。并以通过在基础配方中添加其他添加剂,来研究添加剂对其相态稳定性的影响。实验中主要用到的添加剂类型有多元醇、表面活性剂、润肤剂以及乳化剂。实验结果表明:皂基体系中,样品处于稳定状态时,体系中有胶束或立方体的相结构产生,且添加剂的合理使用能够帮助皂基体系稳定。62226

Regularity and stability of different phase between soap system
Abstract: This paper studies the system of regular soap between different phase and stability. First, the basis for determining the formulation and preparation of different ratios of fatty acid soap system conditions through experiments to explore and study the stability and viscosity change at 25 ℃ for different time periods, and study its stability at high and low temperature conditions . And by adding other additives based on the formulation, to study the effect of additives on the phase stability. Additives used in the experiment main types of polyols, surfactants, emollients, and emulsifiers. The results showed that: soap system, the sample is in a steady state, the system has a phase structure micelles or cube generation, and reasonable use of additives can help stabilize system soap.
