摘要本论文对聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(PDMC)的较佳制备反应工艺条件进行了初步探究。在本课题组已有研究的基础上,以减压蒸馏后的DMC工业单体为原料,采用氧化还原引发体系,考察了单体起始质量分数w(DMC)、引发剂用量m(NaHSO3):m(DMC),m(K2S2O8):m(DMC),助剂用量m(Na4EDTA):m (DMC)和聚合反应温度(T1、T2和T3)对产物特征黏度值的影响。初步得到Poly(DMC)的较佳制备工艺条件为:w(DMC)=70%,m(K2S2O8):m(DMC) =0.32%,m(NaHSO3):m(DMC)=0.64%,m(Na4EDTA):m(DMC)=0.0071%,T1=44.0℃,T2=50.0℃,T3=70.0℃,对应产物的特征黏度值为0.568dL/g,转化率为96.1%。此外,对DMC单体及其均聚物进行了FTIR表征。以上研究,为进一步优化产物制备工艺奠定了一定基础。64135

Title The Preliminary Study on the Preparation of PDMC
Abstract The preparation conditions of Poly-methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(PDMC) were studied in this thesis. Based on the previous work of research group, using industry product methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) after distillation as raw material, redox system as the initiator, the effects of the w(DMC), the amount of the initiator m(NaHSO3):m(DMC),m(K2S2O8):m(DMC),the amount of additives m(Na4EDTA):m(DMC) and the polymerization temperature (T1, T2 and T3) on the intrinsic viscosity of PDMC were investigated respectively. The better preparation conditions of poly(DMC) were obtained: w(DMC)=70%, m(K2S2O8):m(DMC) =0.32%,m(NaHSO3):m(DMC)=0.64%,m(Na4EDTA): m(DMC)=0.0071%,T1=44.0℃,T2=50.0℃ and T3=70.0℃, and the corresponding intrinsic viscosity of product PDMC was 0.568dL/g , monomer conversion was 96.1%. Meanwhile, the FTIR spectra of DMC and PDMC were determined. Those results could be a foundation for the further study of the obtaining optimum preparation condition of PDMC.
