该篇文章涉及同类型的化合物即 N-酰基氨基酸型表面活性剂的合成,用酰氯 和氨基酸(亮氨基酸,甘氨基酸,缬氨基酸,丙氨基酸)使用肖顿-鲍曼缩合反应 来制备。并完成了对合成该类化合物的肖顿-鲍曼反应在工艺条件上的改良优化。 肖顿-鲍曼缩合反应:脂肪酰氯和氨基酸摩尔比为 1:2,以 5~6 滴/分钟的速度滴加 脂肪酰氯,1mol/L 的 NaOH 用来调节溶液 pH、为缚酸剂(中和反应过程生成的 酸),控制反应体系的 pH 在 9 和 10 之间,在室温情况下滴加脂肪酰氯,反应进 行时的温度应维持在 25℃,反应历时 3 h。在此种反应条件的情况下,合成反应 的收率为 73.6%~85.4%。对合成的化合物的熔点、红外光谱、1H NMR 进行测 定,运用了这几种分析手段对所合成的物质进行了特征表征。

Abstract
N-acylamino acid type surface active agent is a biomass-based tables surface active agent having good properties, but also can be used as preservatives, and also has good antibacterial and antitoxic performance. So the N-acyl amino acid surfactants series research and development is of great significance.
This article relates to the synthesis of compounds of the same type that is type N-acyl amino acid surfactants, and amino acids with an acid chloride (bright acids, sweet amino acids valine, malonic acids) using Shotton - prepared Bowman condensation reaction. Shotton and completed the synthesis of these compounds - Improved optimization Baumann reaction on the process conditions.Shotton - Bowman condensation reaction: aliphatic amino acid chloride molar ratio of 1:2 and a rate of 5-6 drops per minute fatty acid chloride was added dropwise, 1mol / L solution of NaOH to adjust the pH, the acid binding agent (in and acid generated during the reaction), the
