    摘要:由于含二氮杂萘酮结构的聚合物可使制备的膜材料具有很低的溶胀率,以及氧膦基团具有的良好吸水保湿性,与无机粒子和聚合物具有较强的吸附力。因此本篇论文通过直接缩聚法设计合成含二氮杂环和三磺化氧膦结构单元的聚合物主链,使用HPPT,BFPPO,TSPPO,碳酸钾,加入溶剂DMAC。通过核磁仪(NMR),红外光谱仪(IR)等对所得产物采用多种表征手段对其性能进行测试与评价,同时还对膜的一些宏观性能进行了测试,如吸水、溶胀、耐氧化、热性能。结果表明一定量的磺酸基团成功的添加到了聚合物的主链当中去,该聚合物膜有着良好的热稳定性、导电能力、足够高的分子量以及适当的吸水率和低溶胀率,表现出优良的使用性能。在所示的红外光谱图中,存在有磺酸基特征峰,表明一定量的磺化单体引入到了聚合物主链当中去。80℃时,膜的电导率分别为:0.0032S/CM-1,0.00513 S/CM-1,0.0218 S/CM-1,0.0319 S/CM-1,0.043 S/CM-1 。由此可见,磺化度越大的情况下,相对的电导率也越大。70695

    The preparation and performance study of low swelling rate sulfonated poly (phthalazinone ether phosphine oxide)s for proton exchange membranes

    Abstract: Since the polymer containing the phthalazinone structure can make the prepared film material have a very low swelling ratio, and the phosphine group has good water absorption and moisture retention, and the inorganic particles and the polymer has a strong adsorption force. Therefore, this paper uses the direct polycondensation method to design and synthesize the polymer backbone containing diazabicane and trisulfonated phosphine oxide structural units. Using HPPT, BFPPO, TSPPO and potassium carbonate, the solvent DMAC is added. The properties of the films were tested and evaluated by means of nuclear magnetic spectrometer (NMR) and infrared spectroscopy (IR). The properties of the films were also tested, such as water absorption, swelling, oxidation resistance and heat performance. The results show that a certain amount of sulfonic acid groups are successfully added to the backbone of the polymer, which has good thermal stability, electrical conductivity, a sufficiently high molecular weight and proper water absorption and low swelling.
