    摘要:幼教法规提出幼儿园要以游戏为基本的活动,确认了游戏的地位和价值。因此,本文通过文献法、观察法和访谈法来进行研究,针对周口市J幼儿园中班游戏活动的开展状况进行调查,从幼儿园中班游戏活动的环境创设情况、游戏活动类型、开展时间、教师组织游戏的能力、幼儿参与的积极性等多个角度进行现状分析,发现游戏活动类型单一、指导方式简单粗暴、物质游戏环境缺失等问题。并且,作者通过分析,发现了以上问题的形成,主要由于教师的自身专业素质参差不齐、幼儿园办园理念不同等。针对这些问题作者提出一系列相关建议,例如幼儿园中班有效开展游戏活动需结合幼儿需要设计多种类型的游戏,教师要根据游戏的种类灵活选择组织的方式等,为幼儿园中班游戏活动的开展提供借鉴。36905

       Problems and Countermeasures in Organizing Game Activities in the Middle Class of J Kindergarten in Zhou Kou
         Abstract: Preschool education laws and regulations proposes that Preschool education is based on various games, which has confirmed the status and value of the game teaching. Therefore, by using documentary method, observational method and interviewing method to study, researching the the condition of organizing game activities in the middle class of J kindergarten in Zhou kou, and analyzing the current situation from multiple angles, such as the environment creation situation of game activities in the middle class of kindergarten, the types of game activities, the time of implementing game activities, the ability of teacher to organizing game, the initiative of children to take part in, etc. , this thesis finds out that there are problems in game actives, such as single in type, guiding in a simple and crude way, the lack of Physical game environment, etc. And the thesis also discovers that the reason of these problems above is that the teachers' own professional quality is uneven and the kindergartens’ concept of running a kindergarten is different, and so on.To solve these problems, the author provides a series of related suggestions. For example, in order to organize the game activities effectively, the kindergarten should design a variety of games to meet the needs of young children and the teacher should choose the way to organize games flexibly according to the types of games, and so on. These suggestions provide reference for the the middle class of kindergarten to organizing game activities.
