摘要：为了结合现有国家关于幼儿园管理的相关文件，借鉴已有研究的经验，结合幼儿园现有突发事件管理的实际情况，为幼儿园应对突发事件管理机制提供参考和借鉴，促进幼儿园安全管理工作的有序进行，为幼儿的身心健康和生命安全提供有效的保障。本研究以文献法、个案研究法和访谈法，通过对幼儿园突发事件的定义和类型分析；发现K市J幼儿园中突发事件表现在：幼儿园基础设施不完整、幼儿园规章制度混乱、幼儿园中教师配置和专业素养培训不足等个方面问题，通过分析研究进而提出：履行政府部门对幼儿园检测，认真完善幼儿园内基础设施、完善幼儿园教职工规章制度、对现任教师工作评估专业培训、提高幼儿园突发事件处理能力等；为幼儿园制定和完善突发事件管理机制制度提供策略参考，为降低幼儿园突发事件的发生频率和降低突发事件对幼儿的伤害程度提供保障，确保幼儿园为幼儿创造一个安全、健康的生活和学习的家园。39306

The Case Research on Emergency Crisis in Private Kindergarten
—K city in J kindergarten as an example
Abstract: In order to relevant documents， according to the existing state on the kindergarten management, referring to the existing research experience, combined with the actual situation of the current kindergarten emergency management, and provide the reference for the kindergarten emergency management mechanism, to promote the kindergarten safety management process, provide effective protection for children's physical and mental health and life safety. In this study, literature research method, case analysis and interview, through the definition and types of analysis of kindergarten emergencies; emergency K, found in J kindergarten in kindergarten: the infrastructure is not complete, the rules and regulations of kindergarten teachers in the kindergarten, chaos configuration and lack of professionalism training problems, through the analysis and research the performance of the government departments of the kindergarten: detection, seriously improve infrastructure, perfect kindergarten and kindergarten teaching staff regulations, professional training, assessment of current teachers work improve the kindergarten emergency handling ability; kindergarten formulation and strategy for reference to perfect the system of emergency management mechanism, to reduce the occurrence and frequency of kindergarten emergencies decreased the degree of children's injury emergency guarantee, to ensure that the nursery for young children to create a safe, healthy living and learning home.
