    摘要随着时代的发展,教师的专业化和发展成为教育界的焦点,关于教师的专业化和发展的研究也日渐增多。近十年来全国普通高中教师数量增加了近两倍,这意着青年教师在教育界占有比例越来越大,因此如何快速提高中学教师教学能力也是我们面临的迫切问题, 而要高效培养教师的教学能力,深入把握教学能力的特质十分关键。本研究采用化学新手型与专家型教师的对比研究为视角,选择20位专家型和新手型教师为研究对象,以教学设计、教学实施和教学评价为切入点,进行比较和分析,以揭示教师教学能力的特质。48460

    在研究相关文献的基础上,利用教学设计分析法和观察法,分析、对比两类教师的教学设计,发现两类教师在创设问题情境能力、选择运用教学方法和手段的能力以及启发引导学生的能力上都存在较大差异。借鉴国内外教学能力的观察工具,自编了课堂提问观察量表和教师理答观察量表,并用它实地观察专家型教师和新手型教师课堂提问和理答行为,发现两类教师在有效提问能力和教师理答能力上也有所不同。通过对比教师的教学反思案例,发现专家型教师的教学反思能力明显优于新手型教师。最后,总结中学化学教师教学能力特质的含义和分类,并针对新手型教师的能力不足,提出了一些建议。

    With the development of the times, teachers' specialization and development have become the focus of education. The research on teacher's specialization and development is increasing. In this study, the comparative study of the chemistry of novice and expert teachers as the angle of view, select the 20 expert and novice teachers as the object of study, teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation as the breakthrough point, the comparison and analysis, to reveal the characteristics of teachers' teaching competencies.
