摘要:课堂互动是课堂研究无法回避的问题,尤其新课改背景下,更加注重“以人为本”和“以生为本”的教学观,当前对于课堂互动国内外相关研究已实现师问生答、生问师答、生问生答全覆盖。但笔者认为这些只是从主体变换角度来研究,并未更加纵深化。笔者在教育实践中根据所思所想,以师问生答这种目前课堂最常见的互动方式为着入点,以其为理论依据,着重对其中的“答”做出一个补充,也就是‘你举手,他回答’。传统师问生答的答主要有学生“自己举手回答”或者“教师指名回答”,通过研究发现这并不能满足广大学生发展成长需要,很容易造成学习差距拉大。“你举手,他回答”互动方式可以更好响应“以生为本”的教学观,顺应新课程改革趋势。笔者主要以所在实习学校于庄小学六年级为研究对象,以观察法、访谈法为主要研究方法,通过长期观测发现“你举手,他回答”,切实有效地弥补了传统师问生答的不足,对提高边缘学生和害怕举手学生的课堂参与积极性这一“师问生答”互动方式有一定帮助。49697
