摘要班级授课制的缺陷呼唤差异教学的实施。差异教学有着确保教育公平、推进教育民主化以及实现优质教学等价值和三个主要特征。在小学教育方面,我国差异教学的现状是虽然取得了不错的成效,但毕竟差异教学还是稚嫩的,在教学目标、内容与方式、过程几方面存在缺陷。导致这些问题的因素有功利主义教学的影响、学生的差异难以精确测量、教师的能力精力有限、课堂时间有限以及教学组织形式不合理等等。鉴于此,笔者提出几条针对性的策略,即教师专业素质的提升、教学方法的变革及教学组织形式的改革。51616

Differentiated instruction of Primary School: Implication,Bottleneck and Possible
Abstract
The defect of class teaching system calls for the differentiated instruction. The differentiated instruction has three main features of ensuring the education equity, promoting the democratization of education and realizing the high quality teaching. Although differentiated instruction has achieved good results in primary education, but it still has several aspects in the defects about immature, teaching goal, content and method. The factors that lead to these problems are the influence of utilitarianism teaching, the students' difference is difficult to measure accurately, the teacher's ability and energy is limited, the classroom time is limited and the teaching organization form is not reasonable and so on. In view of this,I put forward several specific strategies, the change of teachers, the reform of teaching methods and the reform of teaching organization form.

在过去的几百年时间里,传统的班级授课制无论在国内还是国外都牢牢地占据了主要地位并且延续至今,这说明了班级授课制的确有着许多存在的必要性以及令人信服的优势。但是随着时代和人类的发展,班级授课制逐渐凸显出一些不足与缺陷,如:学生的个别差异没有得到正视、一定程度上限制了学生的主动性和独立性等等。另外,在全球化及多元文化的教育背景影响下,社会需要教育培养出适合各种社会角色的人。因此,尊重和培养独特个性的差异教学具备了实施的必要性。但是,什么是差异教学?实践中差异教学的实施效果如何?怎样更有效地促进差异教学?本文拟针对小学差异教学做尝试性探讨。
