摘 要:随着新一轮的全国基础教育课程改革政策的深入实施,实现小学数学课堂教学的高效性和有效性的重要性就日益凸显出来。它主要是针对传统课堂教学模式中存在的诸多弊端而提出来的。在传统课堂教学模式中教师往往会忽视了以学生的发展为本位的教育理念,一味的追求教师的讲解、灌注。而新一轮的课程改革下的小学数学教学则倡导学生自主探究、合作交流与实践创新的新型数学学习方式,主张数学教学的有效性和课堂的高效性。新型的课堂教学模式的推广对小学数学课堂教学质量的提升具有重大意义。65097
本课题拟从数学课堂的有效性和高效性的特点和作用入手,在对新旧课堂教学模式的对比的基础上,讲述什么是小学数学有效性和高效性,并探讨实现这一目标对教学质量的影响作用及其优势,并对如何实现该目标提出合理的意见和策略。

Abstract: With the further implementation of the new round of national basic education curriculum reform policies, the importance of achieving elementary school mathematics classroom teaching efficiency and effectiveness will become increasingly prominent.
