    摘要:糖果业作为一项甜蜜事业,在发达国家首先得以迅速发展,近年来也在我国呈现出强劲的发展潜力。本文首先对糖果行业定义、糖果分类以及糖果加工历史进行综述,再对各国糖果行业认证标准进行罗列比较。然后对我国糖果业现状、进出口状况以及国际需求进行数据分析,发现糖果业在发展中国家潜力巨大。接着,通过SWOT分析方法进一步分析了中国糖果出口贸易的现状,结果显示中国糖果出口存在生产成本优势、自然资源优势、地理位置优势;但是技术水平不高,难以与国际接轨,糖果研发和技术创新能力薄弱,糖果大规模出口企业数量少,品牌经营意识弱,我国食品安全问题对糖果出口贸易造成冲击;同时世界各国对糖果的需求不断增加,经济全球化为中国糖果出口贸易提供了更为广阔的发展平台;但是,原材料价格上涨,发达国家糖果业发展成熟,研发技术先进,我国食品出口屡遭发达国家技术性贸易壁垒这些制约因素给我国糖果出口带来了威胁。最后,分别从政府、行业、企业三个角度提出解决方案。政府应当对糖果企业生产商进行奖励和扶持,建立和完善技术性贸易壁垒预警机制;糖果行业应当及时掌握国外市场需求以及国内外的相关政策并向各企业传递,建立行业纪律制度,规范企业的经营行为;糖果生产及出口企业应当学习其他国际的先进糖果生产技术,积极应对各国对我国糖果出口的技术性贸易壁垒,制定正确的国际营销战略。20460

     International demand for and export analysis on candy industry
    Abstract: As a sweet business, candy industry first grew rapidly in developed countries, and also in recent years it has been showing strong development potential. The article first sums up classification and definition of candy industry, then studies the history of candy manufacture and international standard of candy industry. Next the article analyzes the current operation and export situation of candy in China and studies the data of international demand for candies, finding that candy industry has huge potential in developing countries. After that the article further analyzes the current situation of candy industry in China through SWOT analysis the results have shown that Chinese candy exporting has production cost advantages, natural resources advantages, and location advantages; but the technical level is not high enough, unable to be in line with the international standard and the innovation and R&D capability is weak. Furthermore the candy export enterprises are small in scale, and their awareness of brand is weak either, as well as China is facing food safety issues. Meanwhile the increase in world demand for candies and economic globalization provide Chinese candy export opportunities. However, the rising cost of raw material, the mature development of candy industry in developed countries, the advanced R&D technology, and the TBT from foreign countries are threatening our candy export trade. In the end, the article gives suggestion from three perspectives: government, industry, and enterprises. The government should support and give incentives to candy export enterprises, set up and improve TBT early warning mechanism. The candy industry should deliver the information of foreign candy market within the industry, and establish the disciplinary system of the industry, and regulate business activities of enterprises. The candy production and export enterprises should learn other international advanced production technology, actively respond to foreign technical barriers and develop the correct international marketing strategy.
