摘 要：在知识经济时代背景下，企业要从中生存下来，就必须不断提高其自身的竞争能力，不仅要从技术上不断进行创新，而且还要学会运用知识产权来获得更多的发展机会。在国际贸易中加强对知识产权的保护，不仅是各个国家必须承担的责任，而且还是国际多边贸易体制的强制性要求。因此，就需要对目前知识产权保护存在的问题进行分析与解决，从而使得知识产权保护对我国国际贸易的影响趋于有利化。本文通过对知识产权保护的研究，介绍了我国知识产权保护的现状，分析出知识产权保护对我国际贸易的影响，从而提出相应的对策。25039

The Impact of Intellectual Property Right Protection on our International Trade and the Countermeasures
Abstract: Under the background of knowledge economics age, if the enterprises want to survive, they must continually improve the competitive capacity of themselves. Not only innovating the technology constantly, but also should they learn using intellectual property right protection to catch more development opportunity. Strengthening the protection of intellectual property in international trade is not only the responsibility of all the countries must bear, but also is the compulsory requirement of international multilateral trade system. Therefore, we need to analyze and solve the problems of our intellectual property right protection exist at present. In this way, it can make our intellectual property right protection be good for the influence on our international trade. Through the research on intellectual property right protection in this thesis, it introduces the current condition of our country’s intellectual property right protection, analyzes the impact of intellectual property right protection on international trade, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.

随着经济发展的全球化和知识经济时代的到来，知识产权在世界经济贸易活动中起着决定性的作用，成了世界各国经济发展的主导力量。20世纪80年代以来，随着全球贸易自由化进程的加快，各国对外贸易中所涉及的专利、商标等知识产权问题也越来越多，每个国家都利用本国的知识产权制度保护本国的技术优势和品牌优势，并以此来阻止其他国家更强大的技术优势的冲击。从长远的世界经济贸易的发展趋势来看，未来国际贸易会越来越多地涉及与贸易有关的知识产权问题。我国“入世”后，世界经济与贸易的发展对我国经济的发展影响更为深远，在我国对外贸易活动中有关知识产权的问题也会不断增多，所以对我国对外贸易中知识产权保护策略的研究有着更为深远的现实意义。
