摘要:随着众多国际时装名牌的深度涌入,中国服装行业竞争更加激烈。美国本土服装品牌Abercrombie&Fitch进入中国,它既是服装品牌,也是专营A&F品牌服装的连锁店零售品牌。其独特的服装款式以及运营模式让他迅速成为炙手可热的品牌。A&F品牌之道可以说是时尚服饰业界的一个另类,在传统的顶级服饰品牌和大众服饰中间独辟蹊径开创了快速时尚模式。随着快速时尚成为时尚服饰行业的一大主流业态,A&F品牌也倍受推崇,其全新的运营管理理念也一同带到中国,使我们国家的服装业以及带动的相关行业有着巨大的改变。对于每个行业的标杆企业来说,其管理水平一般来说都大大超出同行业其它竞争对手。品牌管理水平正是这些品牌的核心竞争力。本文通过美国高端休闲品牌Abercrombie&Fitch从2013登陆中国到发展至今的现状从而引伸出美国本土品牌进入中国对中国本土品牌所带来发展上的启示。重要的是,通过了解美国本土品牌服装业了解到了更多的相关周边服务性行业如:精算盘点类清洁类服务销售等行业的发展以及现状。中国是服装制造的第一大国,广阔的资源让其有用发展的良好潜质,所以美国本土服装品牌进入中国所带来的启示最终目的是更好的发展中国的本土品牌和周边行业。而我国服装业和相关行业的规模管理机制还并不成熟规模太小,提升国内服装业和相关性行业来促进产业经济的发展来让我们国家的整体经济达到新的高度30002
