    摘要:现代社会不断朝着信息社会和知识经济社会发展,而文化产业作为“朝阳产业”,具有经济附加值高、相关联产业较多、辐射范围较广等优势,相较于其他产业,文化产业更具有张力,因此,文化产业渐渐得到了更多的重视和关注,在国民生产总值中也占据了越来越高的比重。为了充分发挥文化对经济发展的促进作用,开展文化生产及对外贸易成为了加快积累国民财富、加快实现经济可持续的必要措施。另外,“文化+”理念的提出和发展也说明人们渐渐意识到,发展文化产业对外贸易有利于提高其他产业的文化附加值,推动其他产业与文化产业有机结合,从而拓展深化外贸出口市场,这也是提升我国国际文化形象以及国际影响力和竞争力的重要手段。因此,以上海市文化产业作为研究对象,分析其文化产业对外贸易的现状,从而指出现存的市场主体意识淡薄、重点不突出、专业性不强和缺乏高端复合型出口贸易人才与机构等问题,并据此提出以市场为导向合理引导企业重组与优化、把握国际市场需求、打造龙头型出口品牌和企业和培养国际化视野人才等建议。

    The cultural industry of Shanghai Foreign Trade Situation and Development Strategy

    Abstract: There is a trend for modern sociality to becoming an economic sociality with wide information and knowledge. The cultural industry, as a "sunrise industry", has advantages of higher added economic value, more associated industries, and wider range of radiation, etc, cultural industry has more tension compared with any other industries. Therefore, the cultural industry gradually attracted more attention and concerns, gaining more account in the gross national product (GNP) for the proportion. In order to make full use of the cultural role to promote economic development, cultural production and foreign trade has become the necessary measures to speed up the accumulation of national wealth and realizing economic sustainable. In addition, the concept of "culture +" was put forward and develops fast, which also shows that people gradually realized the development of cultural industry of foreign trade. The public agreed that it is beneficial to enhance the added value of the culture in other industries, we should integrate other industry and cultural industry, thus deepening the foreign trade export market, which is to promote China's international cultural image, and an important means of international influence and competitiveness. As a result, the cultural industry in Shanghai as the research object, by analyzing the current situation of Shanghai Foreign Cultural Trade, pointed out that at present the main market consciousness, unfocused, professionalism is not strong and the lack of high-end composite export trade professionals and institutional and other issues, and accordingly proposes market-oriented guide rational corporat restructuring and optimization, to grasp the international market demand, creating the leading brand and type of export enterprises and foster international perspective talents recommendations.
