摘 要当今世界，经济全球化和区域经济一体化已经成为非常重要的发展趋势,区域经济一体化为贸易、 投资等生产要素的跨国界流动起到了至关重要的作用。 中国已经加入了 WTO、 APEC等组织，但是仍存在着许多局限性，出口贸易受到诸多限制，浙江省作为一个大省，其经济发展也受到了影响。2015 年年初，“一带一路”计划正式提出，其对区域合作的发展具有里程碑的意义，对浙江省的出口贸易也将产生积极影响。本文根据区域经济一体化理论，借鉴了相关的研究成果，首先分析了浙江省出口贸易的发展现状及其存在的问题，而后对“一带一路”进行了剖析，然后在分析“一带一路”对浙江省出口贸易的影响时，运用了浙江省对其贸易伙伴国出口额的数据构建了贸易引力模型，结果显示“一带一路”对浙江省的出口贸易具有促进作用。同时，在贸易结构方面进行描述和分析，对浙江省应对“一带一路”可能带来的机遇，贸易结构、贸易方式的优化升级提出政策建议。48097

Abstract: Nowadays, Economic globalization and regional economic integrationhave become the most significant economic trends. Regional economic integrationhas played a vital role in the cross-border flow of production factors such as trade,investment, and others. China has joined in the WTO 、 APEC and some otherorganizations. But there are still many limitations. Export trade is subjected to manyrestrictions. Zhejiang as a big province, it’s economic development is also beenaffected. In the early 2015, the "One Belt One Road" plan was came up. It hasmilepost sense on the development of the regional cooperation and will also has apositive impact on the export of Zhejiang province.According to the theory of regional economic integration and the relevant researchresults, this essay firstly analyzes the current development of export trade and theexisting problems in Zhejiang province. And then analyzes "One Belt One Road".And uses the Zhejiang province of the trade partner country exports data to constructthe gravity model when analyzing the influence of "One Belt One Road" on the exporttrade of Zhejiang Province. The results shows that "One Belt One Road" has thepromoting effect on the export trade of Zhejiang province. At the same time, thedescription and analysis in the aspect of trade structure gives policy recommendationson the opportunities to deal with "One Belt One Road", optimize the structure of trade,and trade promotion for Zhejiang province.
