摘 要：港口物流在现代物流中所占的比重越来越大，怎样发挥港口优势，尤其是怎样强化港口基础设施建设，完善和拓展港口服务功能越来越多受到当地政府的重视。本文从港口物流的角度出发，以太仓港为研究对象，采用个案研究的方法对太仓港港口物流发展情况进行研究。首先阐述了太仓港港口物流发展的现状，其次对太仓港目前所存在基础设施滞后、信息化程度低、港口物流联盟程度低、国际航线较少和缺乏专业物流人员的问题进行了探讨，最后对太仓港在未来发展中提出了强化港口基础设施及信息化建设、加快建设港口物流联盟、拓展航线以及加快物流人才培养的对策。56588

Abstract: Harbor logistics take more proportion in the contemporary logistics. The local government focuses on improving the advantages of the harbor, particularly, how to strengthen the harbor infrastructure and how to improve and expand the harbor service functions. The article starts from the view of the harbor logistics and takes Taicang harbor as the research object. Use the method of case analysis to study the development of harbor logistics in Taicang. First, sketches the existing circumstances of the development of the harbor logistics in Taicang. Second, takes a discussion about the current matters, such as poor infrastructure, low information level, low logistics alliance of the harbor, less international routes and lack of professional logistics personnel in Taicang harbor. Finally, putting forward measures to solve the problems such as strengthen the construction of harbor infrastructure and information, pick up the speed of building the logistics alliance, increase the international lanes and develop the logistics talents in Taicang harbor in the future.

1 引言
经济全球化的发展促进了国际贸易的迅速发展，各国货物的进出口总量大幅上升，进出口总量的上升也带动了物流行业的发展。面对日益增长的货物吞吐量，对于物流业来说，这不仅是一次机遇，更是一种挑战。
物流技术的进步推动了我国港口物流的发展，但其发展必须具备以下条件：第一，基本的设施与装备；第二，信息化水平；第三，综合服务体系与管理能力。我国大力推进港口建设，设立众多保税区、保税物流园区、自贸区等海关特殊监管区域，进一步为港口物流的发展提供良好的环境。除了拥有良好的环境还必须构建一个物流服务体系，通过服务体系全方面指导港口不断加强基础设备建设，在此基础上优化港口职能，提升管理水平，促进港口物流高效发展。
