摘 要:食用菌作为我国传统农业的重要组成部分,近年来得到了迅速发展。特别是在我国加入世界贸易组织之后,食用菌出口贸易进行的如火如荼,在增加国民收入、出口创汇以及弥补农产品的贸易逆差方面扮演着十分重要的角色。本文对淮安闽丰食用菌科技有限公司食用菌出口贸易状况进行了研究、分析,认为食用菌贸易进出口过程中存在着食用菌产品的附加值较低、企业仍旧盲目地生产多个菇种但缺少对国际市场需求的针对性、企业的国际竞争力不足,进口国贸易保护主义严重、技术性贸易壁垒等问题,并提出了诸如增加产品附加值、制定具有针对性的出口目标、提升企业国际竞争力、建立健全食用菌出口预警管理机制等应对策略。这对淮安闽丰食用菌科技有限公司食用菌产业以及国民经济的持续稳定发展有着重要意义。59813

Abstract:Edible mushroom as an important part of the traditional agriculture in our country, has been developing rapidly in recent years.Especially in China's accession to the world trade organization, edible mushroom export trade in full swing, in the national income increase, export and make up for the agricultural products trade deficit aspects plays a very important role. This has important significance for the edible mushroom industry of Huai an and the sustained and stable development of the national economy and the national economy.
