    摘要近年来,我国鞋业的出口遇到了更多贸易壁垒,各种反倾销的呼声也越来越高,鞋类出口的形势更加严峻。伴随人民币的升值、出口退税政策调整,以及各种原材料价格上涨,使中国的制鞋企业迎来了巨大的挑战。62405

        浙江省是中国鞋类的出口大省,出口总额位居全国第二位。然而伴随着市场竞争日益加剧,国际贸易的摩擦频繁发生,浙江的鞋业迎来了新的困难和挑战。怎样在新的环境下,提高浙江鞋业的出口竞争力,不仅关系着浙江省经济的发展,对我国鞋业的发展也有着重要影响。

        本文借鉴相关领域的一些研究成果,建立理论基础,定量、定性分析框架,侧重从这两方面分析和评价浙江鞋业的出口竞争力现状,得出如何提升浙江鞋业出口竞争力的结论。

    ABSTRACT In recent years, China's footwear industry has encountered more barriers to trade, the voices of all kinds of anti-dumping is also increasing, the situation of footwear exports more severe. In addition, the RMB appreciation, export tax rebate policy adjustment,and various raw materials prices rise, China's shoe-making enterprises are faced with a huge challenge. 

    Zhejiang province is the province of China's footwear exports, the total exports ranked second in the country. However, with the increasing competition in the market, the frequent occurrence of international trade friction, the footwear industry in Zhejiang has ushered in new difficulties and challenges. How in the new environment,improve Zhejiang footwear export competitiveness, not only affects the economic development of Zhejiang Province, the development of China's footwear industry has important effect.

    In this paper on the basis of the research achievements in related fields, to establish the theoretical basis, quantitative and qualitative analysis framework, mainly from the analysis and evaluation of the status of the export competitiveness of Zhejiang footwear industry, that how to improve the export competitiveness of Zhejiang shoe the conclusion.
