    摘要在本文中，我将就网上预约挂号系统如何便利人们的医疗生活展开讨论。
    本论文主要介绍基于jsp的网上预约挂号系统的设计与实现，此系统由客户端和服务端两部分组成。客户端实现了用户注册，用户登录，修改用户信息，挂号，修改挂号，取消挂号等功能；服务端实现了放号，修改医生信息，标记挂号信息的状态（爽约或已受理）。
    本系统采用的是B/S结构平台，具有更加生动和丰富的表现形式与用户交流；网页采用的是jsp技术，拥有卓越的系统可移植性；数据库采用的是Mysql数据库，功能强大，丰富的应用编程接口以及精巧的系统结构。22013
    本系统界面清洁，操作简单，功能完善，方便了医院管理者与病患之间的联系，有助于提高医院的工作效率以及增强病患就诊挂号的便利性。

    Title  Design and implementation of online booking registration system                          
    Abstract
    In this article, I will discuss how online appointment registration system convenient people’s health living.
    This article describes the design and implementation of jsp-based online appointment registration system, this system consists of client and server in two parts. Client achieves register, user login, changing user information, registration, to modify registration, cancel registration, etc. Besides, server achieves releasing number, changing doctors’ information, marking the status of registration (missing or been accepted).
    The system uses B/S architecture platform, has more vivid and rich manifestations in terms of communication with the user; web uses jsp technology, has excellent portability; the database is Mysql database, Mysql is powerful and has rich application programming interface and has sophisticated system architecture.
    This system has a clean interface, simple operation and perfect function. At the same time, it convenient contact between hospital administrators and patients and help to improve the efficiency of the hospital. Last but not the least, this system enhances convenience of patient visits.
