摘要: 中国加入世贸组织、全球经济一体化,基于大背景下的国内经济市场对于企业自身发展要求愈发严苛;于企业而言,人才是其核心竞争力的关键保障;计算机技术飞速发展、信息化全面普及为有效促进人事管理工作提供了有利条件。因此,开发一个界面友好、操作便捷的人力资源管理系统对企业信息进行自动化高速处理是非常必要的。本文作者基于Windows 7操作系统、以Visual Studio 2010为开发环境,采用VB为系统基础开发语言;系统主要功能模块由ASP.NET开发,并用ACCESS 2007作为后台数据库支撑,最终目的是设计与开发一个面向企业、符合企业基本运营态势的人力资源管理系统。本文系统采用浏览器/服务器模式,对企业人事工作进行高效、规范化地统一管理,经最终运行结果表明,该系统符合设计初衷,实用性价比较高,满足现代企业的管理需要。42728

Human Resource Management System Design and Development of Enterprise
Abstract: Based on the contexts that China has become one of the members of WTO and with integration of the global economy, domestic economic market makes more stringent game rules for the enrolling enterprises. For groups, talents are the key points to guarantee the final success of the whole organizations. Rapid development of computer technology and universal informationization effectively provides favorable conditions to personnel management work. Therefore, it is essential to develop a friendly interfacing and convenient operating human resource management system for groups automatically process information with high speed. In this paper, the author design the system based on the Windows 7 operating system, through Visual Studio 2010 server, using Visual Basic as basis of system development language, and exploit main function modules with ASP.NET, ACCESS 2007 as backend database support. The ultimate goal is to design and develop one kind of human resource management system, which conforms to the basic operation situation of the enterprise. The system discussed in this paper adopts the mode of Browser/Server, to efficiently standardize and unified the enterprise personnel work. The final operation result demonstrates that the system matches the design purpose, and meets the needs of modern enterprise management with high usability.
