    摘要：在计算机信息科学技术高度发达的网络时代，人们的生活随时随地都在进行网络连接，互联网已经融入人们日益丰富的生活中去。互联网的出现极大地便捷了人们的工作生活。随着计算机技术的飞速发展，计算机在人事管理中应用的普及，利用计算机在实现公司人事档案的管理势在必行。其中，基于互联网的人事管理系统的出现，对于企业单位机构是个非常大的进度，之前繁杂的人事可以借助互联网非常简单易用的去管理操作，对于时间就是金钱的企业类客户极大缩减时间，对于企业的效益做出非常大的贡献。本文就是围绕互联网人事管理系统开发，采用B/S开发模式，通过使用信息的传输和信息的除了，方便用户解决自身的业务管理问题，结合SQLSERVER数据库传递数据信息，使系统和数据库完美结合管理。43666
