摘要：本文从可行性分析、需求分析、概要设计、详细设计以及测试等各个方面探讨分析了WEB环境下的演出票务管理系统的开发。本系统满足了在Web页面上票务管理系统的实际需求，提供在线查询以及修改各项信息的功能，支持对演出信息的操作。整个系统提供演出信息的支持，能够让内部人员做售票、退票和查看演员信息以及统计报表的操作；能够让外部人员即用户查看演出列表以及对应的演出详情。此外，为了让功能简单上手，本系统对交互操作进行改良，营造了良好的用户体验。在本文结束部分，提出了一些过程的不足和优化方向，希望对未来的使用者有所帮助。48653

The Design And Development Of The Ticket Management System
Abstract: Discussion analysis of the development environment WEB performances ticketing management systems in all aspects of this paper, the feasibility analysis, needs analysis, outline design, detailed design and testing. The system meets the actual needs of ticketing management system on a Web page to provide online query and modify the information, support information for the performance of the operation. The system provides support for the entire performance information, allowing internal staff to do the ticketing, refund, and view information and operating Actor statistical report; that is, a user can allow outsiders to view the list and the corresponding details show performances. In addition, in order to allow functionality simple to use, the system improves the interactive operations, and create a good user experience. At the end of this article, presents a number of deficiencies and optimization of process orientation, we want to help future users.
