    摘要：随着科技的进步，办公自动化以及网络平台运用的频繁性，各种教学网站的建立趋势已经越来越趋于明显。计算机基础教学是世界上最流行、使用最广泛的高级程序设计语言之一。利用现代化的教育信息技术手段将计算机基础教学课程的相关内容上网并免费开放，以实现优质教学资源共享，网上教学具有时效性、共享性、交互性和个别化等诸多特点，它有着传统教学模式无可比拟的优点，为此开发和设计了网上计算机基础教学系统。本网站内容丰富，包含了课程简介、题库大全、教学课件和二级计算机基础教学等内容。7380
    本系统是在Windows XP环境下，采用B/S结构，以SQL为数据库开发平台，采用ASP技术开发的。系统分前台和后台两大部分，前台由用户使用，主要包括用户注册等功能模块；后台部分由管理员使用，主要包括系统用户管理等功能模块。

    Abstract: With the progress of science and technology, the frequency of office automation and network platform use, the establishment of various teaching website trend has been more obvious. C language is the most popular in the world, use one of the high-level programming language most widely. By means of information technology in education modernization content related to C language courses online and free of charge, to realize the sharing of high quality teaching resources, online teaching has timeliness, sharing, interactive and many of the characteristics of the inpidual, it has a advantage there is nothing comparable to this traditional teaching mode, the development and design of the C language curriculum design. This website is rich in content, including introduction, library Daquan, courseware and two C language etc..
        This system is under Windows XP environment, using B/S structure, using SQL database development platform, using ASP technology development. The system is pided into two parts, the onstage and the backstage, front desk by the users, including user registration and other functions; background in part by the administrators, including user management system function module.
