    摘要：对于任何一家企业来说，完善的销售合同管理是企业健康运作的一个重要标志。然而，完善的合同管理需要公司许多的资源，如何简化合同的管理而不失其完整、科学是许多公司头痛的问题。本项目主要在企业ERP软件开发系统下，利用ASP.NET开发环境和.NET框架编写，介绍企业销售合同管理的重要性，以及存在问题。以ERP管理软件为整体的销售合同管理为实例，阐述数据库技术进行系统建模的过程。设计并开发了一个企业销售管理合同执行子模块，该系统支持合同文件的查看、合同的审批、合同的报表等一系列操作，大大减少了人工对合同信息的管理工作量，同时提高了合同执行的效率。本系统对于企业销售合同的自动化和现代化管理具有重要意义。关键词：    ERP；销售管理；合同执行8078
    ERP Enterprise Management Software - Sales Management Contract for the implementation of the Sub-module Design and Development
    Abstract:     For any enterprise, improve the sales contract management is an important sign of the healthy operation of the enterprise. However, a sound contract management requires many resources, how to simplify the management of the contract without losing its integrity, scientific headache for many companies. The project mainly use the ASP.NET development environment and. NET framework for the preparation of ERP software development system, on the importance of the sales contract management, as well as a problem. ERP management software is the overall sales contract management as an example of the database technology for system modeling process. Designed and developed a sales management contract enforcement sub-module, the system supports the view of the contract documents, approval of the contract, the contract report a series of operations, greatly reducing the labor contract information management workload, while improving the execution of the contract efficiency. The system for business automation and modernization of the sales contract management  is of great significance.
