摘要:为解决旧版通用机打发票在使用期间出现较多耦合问题,本毕业设计开发了一款通用机打发票系统,主要包括开票、发票管理、数据报送、查询统计、设置、帮助和数据处理等模块。开票模块实现单张开票、重打发票、作废发票、退票的功能。发票管理模块实现开票方管理、受票方管理、购票信息,票簿管理的功能。数据报送模块实现发票导入、数据上报、收取回执的功能。查询统计模块实现发票库存、发票查询、查询当前开票点的已开具发票的上报、缴销、验旧信息的功能。设置模块实现货品与项目管理、开票点管理、开票人管理、密码修改、打印设置的功能。数据处理模块实现数据备份、数据恢复、数据下放的功能。经过一系列的测试,本系统运行稳定,能满足不同行业的纳税人对机打发票的需求。62011

Design and Implementation of General Invoice Print and Management System
Abstract: To solve the interconnection issue of the original invoice management system, this graduated project develops a General Invoice Print and Management System, which includes the billing, invoice management, data submission, query statistics, setting, help, data processing and so on. The billing module realizes the function of single billing, reprinting bill, invaliding bill and refunding bill. Invoice management module realizes the function of payer management, recipient management, information of buying bills and management of bill book. Data submission module realizes the function of importing invoice, reporting data and charging receipt. Query statistics module realizes the function of invoice inventory, invoice query, querying the current information of invoice location about bills reporting, handing in for cancellation and checking the version. Setting module realizes the function of product and project management, invoice location management, drawer management, password settings and print settings. Data processing module realizes the function of data backup, data recovery and data decentralization. Testing results show that the system runs steadily and can satisfy the needs of the taxpayers of different businesses.
