    摘要：近年来，随着科学技术和社会经济的发展，网络信息技术迅速发展。网络通信已经成为通信的发展趋势，开发和推广这些网络通信软件有着广阔的前景。如何利用这一契机，开发出功能完善的通信软件，让人们的联系更加便捷，已成为当今社会一个重要的任务。网络通信作为快速发展的产业，通信的廉价性、准确性、时效性、及信息通畅是用户选择该通信软件的基础。电话通讯的昂贵已经无法满足用户通信的廉价性需求，良好的通讯软件的开发和应用已经成当务之急。

    本文首先进行系统的需求分析，得出要建的各个系统模块。采用MySQL数据库建立系统运行所要的后台数据库，采用XAMPP集成开发环境，使用PHP语言开发的一套网页通讯软件。本项目主要包括用户注册登录，发送接收消息，分组管理，好友管理，个性化皮肤设置。65764

    Abstract: In recent years, with the development technology and the social economy, the network information technology is developping rapidly. Network communication technology has already become the development trend of communication, the development and promotion of the network communication software will have a broad prospect. So how to make use of this opportunity to develop communication software with perfect function, make people more convenient, has become an important task in today's society.As the rapid development of communication industry, communication cost, accuracy, timeliness, and the flow of information is the basis of the user to select the communication software. The phone has been unable to meet the user's expensive cheap demand, development and application of good communication software has become a top priority. 

    In this paper, we begins with the the analysis of the system needs for coming to build the various system modules. Using the system to establish a MySQL database backend database, using XAMPP integrated development environment with a set of web communication software, using PHP language development. This project mainly includes the user registration and login, sending messages and receiving messages, group management, friends management and inpidual skin setting.
