摘 要：基于WEB的应用已经越来越被需要。从政府、高校、电子图书馆、甚至到电子商务产业，定会涉及到内容的管理、存储、分析、检索以及安全维护。不同的子站点之间的关系也越来越密切。信息共享，管理便捷的网站群已经被迫切需要。本文根据当今网站管理现状和发展趋势，以假想中的淮安大学的校园网站的设计实现为出发点，在内容管理系统的设计和实现上进行了一定的技术提高，以用户体验至上为目标。在微软架构下利用三层架构技术完成网站后端的部署,前端开发采用HTML5+CSS3+JQuery，系统基于ASP.NET架构，采用SQL Server 2008数据库，在Visual Studio 2010集成开发环境下进行开发。高级管理员可对整个网站进行统一管理，而普通管理员对自己负责的部门学院进行辅助管理。同时还运用伪静态技术，能够防止SQL注入攻击，提高网站安全性。二级学院和部门根据系统提供的页面模板进行选择，实现了网站群的效果，为不具备网站设计能力的部门提供了一个便利。66029

Abstract: The application based on WEB is becoming more and more needed. From the government, universities, electronic libraries, and even e-commerce industry, it must involve content management, saving, emphasis, searching and safety protection. The relationship between different sub sites is also getting closer and closer. Information sharing, management convenient website group has been urgent need. According to the current situation and development trend of website management, the starting point of the design of the campus website of the University in Huaian is the starting point. For the user experience as the goal, in the design and implementation of content management system, technology has been improved. System uses the three tier architecture technology to complete the deployment of the website back-end under the Microsoft framework. Front end development uses HTML5+CSS3+JQuery, System is based on ASP.NET architecture, using SQL 2008 database, development of integrated development environment in Visual Studio 2010. Senior administrators can manage the entire site, while the general manager of the Department of their own responsible for the auxiliary management. At the same time, the use of pseudo static technology, to prevent the SQL injection attacks, improve the safety of the site. According to the system provided by the page template, two grade school and department can select. The effect of the website group is realized, and it provides a convenience for the Department that does not have the website design ability.
