    摘要小区物业管理系统不同于传统的人工社区管理模式，它是一个专门对社区进 行有序管理的现代化系统，它可以提高物业管理人员的工作效率，让居民享受到 更细致、更个性化的服务，提高居民的生活质量，从而推动小区和谐、有序、健 康、快速地发展。69137

    小区物业管理系统是一个极具人性化且具有很高使用价值的管理系统，它将 小区的硬件设施与计算机中的软件技术相结合，促使小区的物业管理变得越来越 规范化和现代化。系统的主要功能包括：业户资料查询、小区概况简介、报修状 况、收费情况查询、公告发布模块、实时新闻更新、业户留言板等功能。

    小区物业管理系统的前台是用 JSP 语言编写的，后台所采用的数据库管理系 统是我们常用的 MySql 数据库，并将 MyEclipse 作为系统的开发环境。本系统使 用 tomcat 服务器，并采用 B/S 结构，是一个基于 Web 技术的应用系统。

    The Design and Implementation of Residential Property Management System

    Abstract

    Residential property management system is different from the traditional manual management community, it is a community dedicated to the orderly management of the modernization of the system, which can improve the efficiency of property management personnel, allowing residents to enjoy a more detailed,  more personalized service, improve the quality of life of residents, so as to promote community harmony, orderly, healthy and rapid development.

    Property Management System is an extremely user-friendly and has a high use value management system, it will cell hardware and computer software technology, to promote residential property management has become more and more standardized and modernized. The main features of the system include: Query information industry, households, community profiles profiles, repair status, charges query announcement module, real-time news updates, industry, households message boards, and other functions.

    Reception Area property management system is to use JSP language, database management system used is the background we used MySql database and MyEclipse as a system development environment. The system uses the tomcat server, and  using B / S structure, is a Web-based application system technology.
