摘 要排队叫号系统完全模拟客户排队的过程,通过取号机取票、排队等待受理、叫号服务等功能。本系统由取号机和呼叫端组成,让客户知道自己的队号,并模拟叫号提示音提醒客户,方便快捷,可以满足日常的服务行业排队叫号。本系统可以适合各种服务行业的场合,如:银行、营业厅、医院等。管理员可以添加、修改、删除业务名称,适应性很好。管理员还能对业务员进行增删改查,和业务受理情况的查看。业务员需要登录之后才能叫号受理业务,客户只需取完号就能等待被呼叫,如果过号的话需要重新取号排队。本系统运用Swing技术结合Oracle数据库模拟了取号机、呼叫端、显示屏的功能,有硬件条件支持的话就能在现实中直接运用。69156

Design and Implementation of the Queuing System
Abstract
Queuing system entirely on Simulation of customer queuing process, the number taking machine tickets, waiting for acceptance, station to station service and other functions. The system consists of the number taking machine and call end, wherein the let customers know that their team number, and Simulation of queuing customers voice prompt, convenient and quick, can meet the daily service industry queuing. The system can be suitable for a variety of service industries, such as banks, business offices, hospitals, etc.. Administrators can add, modify, delete business name, the adaptability is very good. Crud on staff of the administrator can view and business situation. Staff need to login to a station accepts the service, customers only need to finish taking will be able to wait for the call is, if have, need to take a queue number. This system uses the Swing technology to combine the Oracle database to simulate the function of the number machine, the calling terminal and the display screen. It can be used directly in the reality with the support of the hardware condition.
