摘要:颚式破碎机是一种应用最为广泛的破碎机械由于其结构牢固,能处理 的物料块度范 围大 ,操作文护方便 ,因此自从它一百 多年前 问世 以来 ,至今仍然是粗碎、中碎及细碎作业中主要和有效的破碎设备。21946
而液压复摆颗式破碎机与常规复摆颗式破碎机的保险装置有着本质的不同,肘板只是运动部件 ,而保险功能 由液压系统来承担 。当破碎机正常运转时,肘板的运动形式与常规颗式破碎机相同;当破碎机破碎腔内落入较大非破碎物时,为保证整机不受损坏 ,液压系统卸压,主油缸活塞杆后退,动颗下端部、肘板等部件随主油缸活塞杆后移,排料 口增大 ,使非破碎物顺利排出。然后,为保证出料粒度,在液压系统的作用下,动颗下端部 、肘板等部件随主油缸活塞杆前移,使排料口恢复至工作尺寸。上述往返运动是在破碎机运转的情况下进行的,也就是说 ,为了保证液压复摆领式破碎机的正常运转 ,必须设有常规鄂式破碎机所没有的往返运动机构。
