摘要:油墨罐封盖装置是结合机、电、气和PLC技术为一体的一台自动化设备。设备有自动加防护油装置、抽真空充氮气封盖装置、机械手和机架等主要部件组成。操作者只需把油墨罐和盖放在指定位置,即可实现自动加防护油,自动抽真空、充氮气和封盖等动作。本文对油墨罐封盖装置的总体布局进行了方案拟定,对主要部件的作用和结构特点进行了一一分析和阐述,其中加防护油装置中的气动式柱塞泵运用容积式泵的工作原理,自动吸、排防护油,油雾罩运用了雾化原理,将防护油均匀而致密地喷洒在油墨表面上。抽真空、充氮气、封盖装置中设计一特制的真空室和工作圆台来确保封盖动作的完成。机械手主要是自动切换油墨罐的位置。机架中真空柜确保了真空室和工作圆台的位置精度。本文对主要零部件进行了设计计算和选择,拟定了气压系统原理图。23597

The design of Ink tank capping device
Abstract: Ink tank capping device is a combination of mechanical, electrical , gas and PLC technology as one of a station automation equipment. Automatic protective devices have oil installations , the main components of the vacuum nitrogen filling capping device , robots and racks and other components. The operator simply put the lid on the ink tank and the specified location , you can automatically add protection oil, automatic vacuum, nitrogen filling and capping such action . In this paper, the overall layout of the ink tank capping device programming carried on the role and structure characteristics of the main components were analyzed and explained by one , which added protection of oil installations in the use of pneumatic piston displacement pump works , automatic suction , discharge protection oil , atomized mist cover use of the principle of the protective uniform and dense oil sprayed on the surface of the ink . Evacuated and filled with nitrogen , a specially designed closure device and a vacuum chamber to ensure the completion of the work of the frustum of the capping operation . Robot main ink tank is automatically switched position . Rack cabinet to ensure positional accuracy of the vacuum chamber and work frustum . In this paper, the main components were designed to calculate and choose to draw a schematic diagram of the pneumatic system .
