基于AUTODYN的枪榴弹弹底破片优化设计为了为35 mm口径单兵破甲榴弹弹底结构破片安全性优化设计提供参考,采用AUTODYN软件对该破甲弹在内部爆炸加载下的破碎过程进行数值模拟,得到了原有设计弹底结构的破碎情况。针对原有结构设计弹底产生整块破片向后回飞危害射手人身安全的情况,对弹底结构提出了几种种改进结构设计方案,并分别进行了数值模拟。数值模拟结果表明,球型弹底结构最有利于破片细小化,对己方人员威胁最小。首先,本研究需要解决如何利用AUTODYN3D软件对榴弹在内部爆炸加载下动态破碎的过程进行数值模拟,能够体现材料和结构的随机破碎,并生成自然破片的问题。其次,本研究需要解决运用AUTODYN3D软件对榴弹自然破片的计算结果与试验结果相近或相符合的问题。第三,本研究需要对原榴弹结构进行改进,得到既能够保证发射强度,又能够使榴弹弹底破片尽可能小,或向四周发散不伤害射手的榴弹结构。29460

Title Optimization Fragments of Grenade Projectile Based on AUTODYN
Abstract
In order to offer the 35 mm caliber armor piercing grenade man fragmentation projectile base structure optimization security design reference , using crushing process AUTODYN inside the warhead under explosive loading was simulated to obtain broken situation of the original design bombs bottom structure . For the original bombs bottom piece producing fragments flying back endanger the safety of the shooter, the proposed structures of the projectile base on a few variety of improved structure design, and were simulated. The simulation results show that spherical projectile base structure was the most conducive to minish fragments of the bottom of caliber armor piercing grenade, minimize the threat to its own personnel.First of all, the present study needs to address how to use AUTODYN3D software loading grenade explosion in the internal dynamic crushing process simulation, to reflect the random fragmentation of materials and structures, and the to naturally generated fragments.Secondly, this study needs to address the problem analysing that AUTODYN3D software calculation results and the experimental nature grenade fragments are similar or consistent .Thirdly, this study need to improve the structure of the original grenade ,people can get the grenade structure both ensuring emission intensity, enabling fragmentation of bottom of grenade shells as small as possible, or being no harm to the surrounding pergence shooter .
