    摘要学校的QCS014液压实验台原先采用的是继电器一接触器的控制方式,其单一的控制回路、消耗能源大、自动化程度不高, 维修不方便。为了解决以上问题,本文采用的控制方法是把检测技术、PLC控制、VB技术、液压控制有效结合起来改造实验台。69592

    根据现在实验台的总体发展情况,再加上改造时提出的要求,最终决定的方案是用PLC和PC机联合控制。本主要对实验台电机控制电路进行了改造,以及PLC控制,VB人工界面控制进行了设计。还有PLC软件编程、VB,以及PLC与PC机之间、PLC与现场设备之间通过通信以进行的信号采,其中接入了压力、流量、位移等模拟量,通过PLC编程,实现了液压回路的自动控制。

    改造后的实验台满足了各方面的要求。投入使用时,不存在者任何问题,在教学中会有极大的应用价值。

    QCS014 Hydraulic test bench

    Abstract

    QCS014 hydraulic test bench is the original relay contactor control mode, the single control loop, large energy, automation degree is not high, the maintenance is not convenient. In order to solve the above problem, this paper adopts the control method is the detection technology, PLC control, VB technology, hydraulic control effective combination of components can be installed in the hydraulic test bench, on the basis of open sex, hydraulic test bench for the r&d again. Can do test in real-time monitoring of each parameter.

    Introduces the principle of hydraulic transmission and hydraulic test bench technology on the basis of the research status at home and abroad, according to the reform in order to test bench, and designed by PLC as lower machine and PC as upper computer monitoring and control system. The main motor control circuit of the experiment, as well as PLC control, VB interface control artificial design. And PLC software programming, VB, and between PLC and PC, PLC and through the communication between field devices for signal, which connected to the analog quantities such as pressure, flow, displacement, through the PLC programming, has realized the automatic control of hydraulic circuits.

    After the hydraulic test bench set of technical, operational, practicality, scientific research as a whole. Can be used in teaching, stable running, convenient operation, and high degree of automation, has reached the design purpose, to realize the integration of the machine, electricity, liquid, will have great application value in teaching.
