摘要:随着当代冲压技术的发展,对模具质量的要求也越来越高。级进模作为一种精密而且复杂,具有高效率、高寿命、高精度等特点。在对模具进行设计的时候,越来越多的人使用级进模作为加工模具,更适合生产出工件精度不高、批量大、形状简单的制件,本次课题为P型铰链的模具设计,此零件的步骤拥有冲裁和弯曲,所以是典型的冲裁弯曲件。可以分别从先冲裁后弯曲的步骤来进行。冲裁件可以根据孔的大小、尺寸等进行约束,弯曲部分可以根据弯曲类型来进行定义,是模具设计中典型的冲裁弯曲件案例。此零件的加工工艺方案选冲孔-切边-弯曲-翻边-落料连续工序最为合理。43802

The elastic support mold design
Abstract: With the development of modern technology of stamping, die quality requirements are increasingly high. The progressive die is a kind of precise and complex, with high efficiency, long service life, high precision and so on. In the current production demand is more important, In the design of the mold,more and more people use the progressive die as a mold,more suitable for the production of the workpiece is not high precision,large quantities,simple shape parts,This topic for the elastic support mold design,the parts with blanking and bending steps,so is a typical blanking bending parts.Can strating respectively after blanking bending steps.Blanking pieces can be constraints according to the size of the hole,size,etc,the bending part can be defined depending on the type of bending,blanking bending is typical in the mold design case.Punching-select the processing scheme of this part of the cutting edge-bending flanging blanking process for the most reasonable.
