摘要本次设计的机床为大型绿色船用钢板数控铣边机,主要用来对大型船用钢板进行焊接前的坡口加工,以提高钢板焊接质量 。在设计过程中,以加工大型船用钢板为对象,以实现高效率、高自动化、绿色安全目的,进行有针对性的设计。设计过程中,在满足任务要求的基础上,努力追求工作可靠、安全性好、操作方便、结构简单、经济性高。
铣边机的主运动为主轴的旋转。作为机床切削加工的主要运动,主运动设计的合理性对机床整体性能有重要影响,它的精度直接影响着机床的加工精度。铣边机的进给运动为小车沿导轨方向的运动,合理的进给机构和进给速度设计,能有效的提高加工效率和机床稳定性。而本文则主要对铣削机构,尤其是针对主电机选择、主传动设计、主轴部件设计以及进给方案设计进行详细论述。43853

Abstract
