摘要本课题是对某企业要求下的C型钢自动焊接系统的研究设计以及三维建模和运动仿真。本文根据要求,分析对比了水平焊接和垂直焊接两种方案的优缺点,选用了垂直焊接的方案,完成了上下料、输送装置、定位压紧装置的初步设计。详细分析并选择了焊接材料,确定了焊接的设备,编写了焊接工艺规程,对翻转机构作了详细的设计。在确定了各个机构和零件的装配关系后,用Pro/E完成了系统的三维建模及运动仿真。Pro/E的三维模型包括了所有重要的机构和重要的传动部件,使读者易于了解本设计的结构原理及基本的传动。运动仿真分别展示了添加和没有添加约束和动力的原件图,并介绍了本系统的工作流程。仿真的结果证明本设计能实现预期的传动与控制功能。43919

Abstract
The issue is the C-shaped steel automatic welding system design and 3D modeling and motion simulation under the requirements of an enterprise. Upon request, the issue analyses the advantages and disadvantages of horizontal welding and vertical welding and selects vertical welding program. Then the issue completes loading and unloading, delivery devices, positioning pressed the preliminary design of the device. Upon detailed analysis, the issue selects correct welding materials and welding equipments, prepares a welding procedure specification and detailed designs the tilting mechanism. After determining the relationship of the various agencies and parts assembly, the issue completes Pro / E 3D modeling and motion simulation of the system. Pro / E 3D models include all the important institutions and major transmission components, which makes readers easily to understand the design principle of the structure and basic transmission. Motion simulation shows the original map and not adding constraints and power, and describes the workflow of the system. The simulation results show that the design can achieve the desired drive and control functions.
