    摘要本文首先对35mm高速冲压推进防空动能弹的4种典型固体燃料分别与空气燃烧,进行热力计算研究,分析了不同空燃比和入口空气温度对发动机性能参数及化学组分的影响规律。其次以发射和着靶瞬间所常见的受力问题为研究对象,以有限元分析软件ABAQUS为主要研究工具,对高速冲压推进防空动能弹在发射和着靶时的动态应力、应变分布进行了研究分析。文中分析了高速冲压推进防空动能弹的结构、材料以及发射和着靶时的工作特性;建立了高速冲压推进防空动能弹在发射和着靶时的受力计算模型,详细分析其所受载荷对高速冲压推进防空动能弹的影响;简化了高速冲压推进防空动能弹在发射和着靶时的受力情况和几何结构;建立了高速冲压推进防空动能弹及其零部件的三维有模型,在建模过程考虑了高速冲压推进防空动能弹可能出现的大应变、粘弹性材料、接触等情况造成的几何非线性、材料非线性和状态非线性问题。较好的处理了模型的简化和零部件的接触问题,使模型和实际情况基本一致,得到了一些具有参考价值的结论。44984
    通过这些计算和分析,为高速冲压推进防空动能弹及其零部件的结构强度设计提供一些参考依据,也为以后的研究分析打下了一个良好的基础。

    Title  The Role of the TNO Free Jet Test Facility in Solid Fuel Ramjet Projectile Development
    Abstract
    In this paper, a thermal calculation research about the combustion of four kinds of typical solid fuels with the air is carried on respectively, through which the influence law of the engine performance parameters and chemical composition is acquired when air-fuel ratio and inlet air temperature change. the Finite Element Method (FEM) is applied to analyze the dynamic stress and strain distribution of 35mm solid ramjet assisted projectile. Every component of projectile is analyzed. These researches are using FEM software ABAQUS and make the high overload problems as background, which is common when the solid ramjet assisted projectile is launching. The structure, material and work property of solid ramjet assisted projectile are analyzed. Built up the calculation model of solid ramjet assisted projectile, and analyzed the influence of solid ramjet assisted projectile under loads in detail. Completed the simplification of load conditions and geometry structures. Established the 3D FEM models of ramjet assisted projectile and its components on the basis of real status. Took the material nonlinear, geometry nonlinear, and state nonlinear of models into account in modeling, and deal with the simplification of the model and the contact of the component nicely, and got some value results.
      This paper provides a new method to analyze the intensity of launch. The result provides the gist for the design of ramjet assisted projectile in the intensity. It also makes a good foundation for the following research.
