摘要众所周知,中国是产煤大国,但是由于人口问题,又是一个用煤的大国,所以对蜂窝煤成型机的需求量也比较大。纵观国内现有的蜂窝煤成型机,许多都是体积庞大,结构复杂,生产效率低。虽然,随着科学技术的发展,蜂窝煤成型机一直在不断地优化和发展,但仍然存在一些的问题。49614
本课题主要是根据蜂窝煤成型机的工作过程,对蜂窝煤成型机的冲压机构、传动机构以及扫屑机构进行设计,因为这些都是蜂窝煤成型机的主要部件,关乎到蜂窝煤质量的好坏。首先,通过咨询老师、查询关于蜂窝煤成型机的资料和机械设计手册,完成蜂窝煤成型机的方案设计;其次,参考机械设计教材对蜂窝煤成型机内部的子机构进行设计计算;再者,分别利用solidworks和Adams完成对蜂窝煤成型机的三维建模和运动仿真;最后,借助Autocad完成蜂窝煤成型机的装配图和部分零件图,完成整个毕业设计要求。

ABSTRACT As we all know China is coal country, but because of the population problem,it is also a big country of using coal, then the demand for coal briquettes molding machine is relatively large.Throughout the briquette molding machines, many of which are large, complex structure and low production efficiency.With the development of science and technology, coal briquettes machine has been in continuous optimization and development, but there are still some problems.
The main topic of the graduation design is designing the press agencies, the drive mechanism and sweep crumbs institutions,based on the work process of the coal briquettes molding machine to.Because they are the main components of coal briquettes molding machine and related to the quality of coal briquettes.First of all, l completed the program design of the coal briquettes molding machine by consulting teacher and quering the information about the coal briquettes molding machine on the mechanical design manual;Secondly, we designed and calculated the inside institutional of the coal briquettes referring to the mechanical design materials;Furthermore, I completed a three-dimensional modeling and motion simulation of the coal briquettes molding machine by using solidworks and Adams;Finally, I resorted to Autocad to paint the assembly drawing and a few parts diagram of the coal briquettes molding machine. Then l reached the requirements of the graduation design.
