摘要喷砂机广泛应用于钢结构件涂覆涂层前的表面预处理,并且喷砂对机械零件的强化、精饰、蚀刻有着显著的效果,这项技术已经得到人们一致认可。随着社会和工业化的发展,对喷砂机的性能要求越来越高,正在向着高效、节能、操作简便的方向发展。本设计综合考虑环境条件、介质的理化性质等因素,结合给定的工艺参数,按容器的选材、壁厚计算、强度核算、附件选择、焊缝标准的设计顺序,分别对砂罐的筒体、封头、手孔接管、手孔补强、接管、管法兰、支座、焊接形式进行了设计和选择。设备的选择大都有相应的执行标准,设计时可以直接选用符合设计条件的标准设备零部件,也有一些设备没有相应标准,则选择合适的非标设备零件。为了保证设计喷砂机的高效运作,设计采用双缸结构保证了在不停机的情况下添加磨料,节约时间,并且在选用各种管道、阀以及喷枪时根据所选空气压缩机的不同计算出不同的工时和磨料消耗得出最终成本,根据成本对比各种方案来寻求最佳的喷砂机方案,从而把企业的利益最大化。本课题所设计的喷砂机解决了传统喷砂机停机加料的缺点,操作便捷,提高了安全性。49615
