摘要锚绞机作为船舶配套设备的主要设备之一,对船舶的安全营运有着十分重要的作用,但目前的设计方法保守、效率低、不能对其进行全面的分析和计算,理论承载能力与实际承载负荷之间存在较大的差异。为了在制造成本、周期和市场快速响应等方面满足市场的需求,提高产品的竞争力,需对锚绞机进行深入系统的理论分析和试验验证。49613
本文针对锚绞机中带式制动器和滚筒设计方法偏于保守的问题,以传热学理论、近代力学、有限元理论和薄壳理论等为基础,以现代试验技术和CAD软件为研究手段,对锚铰机中带式制动器和滚筒等关键零部件的失效机理进行了系统研究。锚绞机目前主要采用异步电动机和液压马达驱动两种方式。本绞车结构简单,主要由卷筒轴装置、驱动装置(电动机带动减速箱)、刹车装置、离合器装置等,运行时由、电动机带动减速箱再带动开式齿轮带动主轴运转。

ABSTRACT Anchor twist one of the main equipment of the machine as the ship equipment, has a very important role in the safe operation of the ship, but the current design method is conservative, low efficiency, and can not be a comprehensive analysis and calculation, the theoretical carrying capacity and the actual carryingthere is a big difference between the load. Be the anchor cutter machine in order to meet market needs, enhance the competitiveness of products in manufacturing costs, cycles and rapid market response, in-depth theoretical analysis and experimental verification.
Anchor cutter machine with brakes and drum design method is conservative, in order to heat transfer theory, modern mechanics, finite element theory and thin shell theory is based on a modern test technology and CAD software, anchor hinge machine, the band brake and drum key parts of the failure mechanism of the system. Anchor cutter machine is mainly used asynchronous motors and hydraulic motors to drive in two ways. This winch is simple structure, the main device from the cylinder axis, the drive unit (motor driven gear box), brakes, clutch device, run by motor-driven gear box to drive the open gear driven spindle running.
