摘要卡压连接是以带有特种密封圈承口管件连接管道,用专用工具压紧管口而起密封和紧固作用的一种连接方式。其优点是:管材、管件在车间惰性气体内外双保护条件下焊接生产,质量可靠;安装作业简单易学,对操作人员要求不高;施工便捷,不受作业空间的限制。但工程运用中卡压式薄壁不锈钢管的不足也引发了技术人员的思考:1、卡压连接对系统压力要求相对稳定,而实际生活中常有管道压力时高时低的现象,故承压强度有待提高;2、安装质量与作业人员的工作认真程度关系密切,施工要求严格细致,不适宜工地现场的粗放管理。特别在设计卡压工具进行不锈钢水管的卡压连接时常出现卡压力过大情况,致使水光起皱压裂,故利用有限元软件模拟计算卡压力。49637
本文针对卡压连接的连接过程,并以DN25-100不锈钢水管作为研究对象,利用UG软件进行建模,并导入到ANSYS中进行有限元分析,计算卡压压力。

Abstract The entrapment connection is with special seals with socket fittings connecting pipes,Sealing and fastening of the role of a connection with a special tool to compress the nozzle into the sky。Its advantages are: the pipes welding production workshop inert gas inside and outside the two protected conditions,Reliable quality;Installation is easy to learn,The operators do not ask;construction is convenient, without the limitations of working space.But the lack of the use of compression of thin-walled stainless steel tube has also led to the thinking of the technical staff: 1、Entrapment connected to the system pressure requirements are relatively stable, and real life are often the pipeline pressure is high and low phenomenon, so the bearing strength needs to be improved; 2、Quality of the installation and operating personnel work closely related to how serious, meticulous construction requirements, not suitable for extensive management of the construction site.Especially in card design compression tool for stainless steel pipe pressure connection often appears cards pressure to too large,resulting in water and wrinkle fracturing, so the use of finite element software simulation card pressure.
In this paper, the pressure connected to the card to connect process,And DN25-100 stainless steel pipes for the study,using UG software for modeling,and imported into the ANSYS finite element analysis,calculation of the compression pressure.
