摘要我国造船业正在飞快的发展,对船舶辅机性能的要求越来越高。为了让使企业在造船应用设备开发的过程中降低成本,为了让企业研发周期变的更短和安全和性能变得更高,渐渐产生了模拟海上运动的三自由摇摆试验台。本文设计了一种新型的三自由度的大扭矩动态负载的摇摆台,此种摇摆台可以用来模拟船舶在各种特定的海况下的横摇、纵摇和升沉三种不同的运动方式,本文对三自由摇摆台液压站控制系统进行了设计[1]。
此文先对三自由试验台的机械结构进行了简单分析,了解再进行简单的力学分析,整里参数得到液压缸的一些技术指标,了解电液比例闭环控制原里设计液压站原理系统,了解PLC可编程控制程序的工作原理,设计总体方案,并对一些必要的电气元件进行选型绘制了液压泵站的电气控制原理图。编写控制程序控制液压站的起停及报警。51246

Abstract China's shipbuilding industry is developing quickly, are increasingly demanding on the properties of Marine auxiliary machinery. In order to make the enterprise application in shipbuilding equipment development in the process of cost reduction, in order to make enterprise development cycles become shorter and security and performance become higher, gradually produce three free swing test rig simulation movement on the sea. This paper designs a new type of three degrees of freedom of large torque dynamic load swing, this kind of swing sets can be used to simulate the ship under specific sea condition of roll, pitch and heave of three different kinds of movements, in this paper, the three free swing hydraulic station control system design [1].
This first of three free test-bed mechanical structure has carried on the simple analysis, and carries on the simple mechanics analysis, the parameters for hydraulic cylinder in some of the technical indicators, and then according to the electro-hydraulic proportional closed loop control in the original design principle of the hydraulic pressure station system, and the necessary selection of hydraulic components and check after drawing the schematic diagram of the electrical control system of hydraulic pump station. And the middle pillar of energy storage device group carries on the calculation and selection, and actuators on the calculation and selection of accumulator. Write control program start stop control hydraulic station.
