摘要麦芽粉碎机是在啤酒酿造过程中对麦芽进行粉碎的设备,对啤酒的品质会有直接影响。随着我国啤酒消费的增长,啤酒制造业对麦芽粉碎的要求也越来越高。在通过分析现有粉碎技术的利弊后,提出了本文的湿式麦芽粉碎的方案。
论文完成的主要内容包括:1)完成了麦芽粉碎的整体方案设计,解决了粉碎率、过滤和过度浸渍的问题;2)进行了主要零部件的设计计算,包括喂料辊、粉碎辊的轴系、传动机构、调节机构等的机械部分设计计算,对轴系和箱体进行了有限元分析;3)对整机进行了运动仿真;4)根据故障分析结果对设备进行了优化设计。51992
本文设计的麦芽粉碎机技术先进,生产能力强,操作方便,自动化程度高,而且具有手动和自动两种调节方式,保养维修方便,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract
Maltcrusher is an equipment for crushing ingredients in manufacture of beer, having a direct impact on the quality of beer. With the growth of beer consumption in China, demand for malt crushing in beer manufacturing is getting higher and higher. By analyzing the pros and cons of the existing grinding technology, I proposed the program of wet malt crushing.
What I have completed in my papers including: 1) setting an overall program design and some major issues that need to address, including crushing rates problems, filtering problems and excessive maceration issues;2)going to design for feed rollers, crushing roller, and some mechanical parts of transmission and regulation mechanism, doing a finite element analysis of shafts and housings ; 3)for a motion simulation of machine ; 4) optimizing further through failure analysis.
The malt mill designed in this article is full of advanced technology , which have strong production capacity, convenient operation and high degree of automation. There are manual and automatic regulation modes, which is easy maintenance, having broad application prospects.
