摘要星型齿轮减速器是一种重要的减速传动装置,在机械、建筑等领域应用十分广泛。它具有诸如体积小、重量轻、结构紧凑、传动比大、传动效率高、运行稳定等特点。本次毕业设计基于这些特点对星星齿轮进行结构设计,并对其用PRO/E进行三维建模与运动机构分析。51900
首先充分理解星型齿轮减速器的基本原理,传动方式以及基本结构,熟悉并学习三维绘图软件PRO/E,在此基础上,利用PRO/E的三维建模功能绘制星型减速器的各部分零件模型,包括太阳轮、双联行星轮、内齿轮、输入输出轴等。
其次,学习并利用PRO/E软件的机构分析运动仿真的功能,对所画的零件进行装配,然后再对其进行机构分析设置,对其在工作状态下的情况进行仿真,并且录制仿真视频。
最后,选择一个齿轮零件对其在运动状态下的位移情况以及应力应变的分布利用ANASYS软件进行分析,通过软件的计算,得出该齿轮零件在运动状态下X方向上的位移、应力、应变分布图。

Abstract Star type gear reducer is a kind of speed reducer drive important, are widely used in machinery, construction and other fields. It has such as small volume, light weight, compact structure, transmission ratio characteristics of high transmission efficiency, stable operation. This graduation design is based on the characteristics of the star gear is designed, and its analysis using PRO/E 3D modeling and motion mechanism.
First, fully understand the basic principle of star type gear reducer, transmission mode and the basic structure, familiar with and learn the 3D drawing software PRO/E, on this basis, each part model by using the 3D modeling function of PRO/E drawing star reducer, including the sun wheel, a wheel, double internal gear, input and output shaft.
Secondly, function of motion simulation analysis of learning and using PRO/E software organization, assembly of the painting of parts, and then carries on the analysis of mechanism is provided, the simulation in the working condition, and make a simulation video.
Finally, select a gear part of the displacement in the state of motion and the stress and strain distribution were analyzed using the ANASYS software, the software to calculate, the gear part displacement in X direction motion state, the stress, strain distribution.
