摘要插床是机械加工工业中的重要设备,在机械加工领域中应用十分广泛。目前机床行业市场竞争十分激烈,对机床的精度和效率提出了更高的要求,插床的设计是本次毕业设计的首要任务。
为了提高插床机构的工作效率,常采用摆动导杆机构的形式,根据使用要求确定的行程速度变化系数k或极位夹角与该机构的各尺寸有关,为了提高插床主体机构设计的速度和设计质量,采用了计算机进行辅助设计。
插床主体机构尺寸的设计一般采用图解法,该法简单、明了,但设计粗糙、设计速度慢、设计周期长,在市场竞争激烈的今天,不能满足设计要求。52530
在参考大量文献资料的基础上,根据毕业设计题目的要求,设计了一种简易的插床。该插床机构主要由齿轮机构,导杆机构,曲柄滑块机构组成。本文首先对齿轮机构,导杆机构和曲柄滑块机构进行了设计计算,然后再用Pro/E对插床机构进行了三维建模,最后用ADAMS软件进行了插床机构的运动学仿真,并对其结果进行了分析,对在机械设计中使用虚拟样机技术做了尝试,积累了经验。
