摘要机械制造专业综合实训能够充分体现了产品设计和制造的全过程,在本科教学和提高学生综合能力过程中扮演重要角色。基于计算机网络技术的网络教学平台,无疑是更加强大的。目前,工科类网络教学平台的开发还比较少,我校也一直在着力开发工科类网络教学平台。53179
以专业老师多年机械制造专业综合实训教学经验为指导,将传统的教学模式与现代计算机网络技术相结合,通过对缝纫机、压缩机、离心泵等典型产品的拆装、三维建模、工程图绘制、运动仿真、运动分析和典型零件夹具设计,梳理整个教学过程中学到的知识,提高学生的综合能力。在网络实训平台中运用大量专业理论知识、图片和视频动画等网页元素,并结合三维建模虚拟装配方法、机械制图规范要求、工艺规程编制方法、产品拆装实例等详尽阐述机械制造专业综合实训内容与方法,与此同时实训平台还添加了用户信息管理、用户登录、通知系统、答疑系统和管理员管理系统等功能。

Abstract
Mechanical engineering Comprehensive Training will be fully reflected in product design and manufacturing of the whole process, in undergraduate teaching and improving students' comprehensive ability plays an important role.Computer network technology based on network teaching platform,is undoubtedly more powerful.Currently, engineering class network teaching platform development is still relatively small, our school has also been focused on the development of engineering class network teaching platform.
Teacher for many years in a professional machinery manufacturing professional comprehensive training teaching experience as a guide, the traditional teaching model with modern computer network technology, through the sewing machine, compressors, pumps and other typical products, disassembly, 3D modeling, engineering drawings rendering, motion simulation, motion analysis and typical part fixture design, combing the entire teaching process knowledge learned to improve students' comprehensive ability. Training in the use of the network platform for large number of professional theoretical knowledge, pictures, and video animation and other page elements, combined with the three-dimensional modeling of virtual assembly methods, mechanical drawing specifications, process planning methods, product disassembly elaborate machinery manufacturing and other examples of professional integrated training content and methods, while training platform also adds user information management, user login, the notification system, answering systems, and administrators to manage systems and other functions.
