    摘 要目前国家号召各行各业充分开发绿色能源, 因为风能是最具商业潜力和活力的绿色能源之一,全球范围诸多国家的广泛研究和开发利用风能。尤其在欧美国家,风能技术的开发利用相对成熟,与陆上风电相比较,海上风能资源具有非常丰富,风向稳定,不占用土地资源,环境影响小等优点,因而当下海上风电的发展更为迅猛,从而加快了海上风力发电机组运输船的产生及其发展海上风力发电机组运输船结构形式较一般船舶复杂, 单纯采用舱段有限元和规范中的理论经验公式不能准确计算该船的总结构强度, 所以有必要进行风电机组运输船全船结构进行三维有限元分析。然后根据实际的装载工况和结构强度,对风电机船的重要构件进行优化设计, 这就既保证船舶的经济安全还能很好地解决普通计算方法难以解决的实际工程应用问题。本文对海上风力发电机组运输船的结构形式及结构特点进行了简单介绍, 首先根据中国船级社(CCS)指导文件《钢制海船建造规范》和《船体结构强度直接计算指南》,在对部分结构合理简化的基础上,对全船进行三维有限元建模。通过谱分析法进行各工况下的波浪载荷长期预报,确定船舯最大垂向波浪弯矩为载荷控制参数,并根据设计波法计算出全船运动及波浪诱导载荷。 并根据规范指定的 Pierson-Moscowitz海浪谱,运用二维weibull 分布拟合长期分布,选取北大西洋海况波浪散布图,采用三维面元法计算波浪载荷传递函数和船体运动。本文对海上风力发电机组运输船波浪载荷映射加载, 并将加载结果参与到船体的总纵强度的应用计算中去, 然后将强度计算结果录入到 MSC/PATRAN 软件中进行后期处理分析,得到该运输船的总体应力水平和变形分布情况。本文所使用的计算方法对海上风力发电机组运输船船进行有限元强度评估有很重要的指导意义, 本文所得结论对海上风力发电机组运输船强度计算评估有重要的参考价值。58418

Especially in Europe and the United States, wind energy technologydevelopment and utilization of relatively mature, compared with onshore wind power,offshore wind energy resource is very rich, wind direction and stability, not occupation ofland resources, environmental impact of small advantages, and current development ofoffshore wind power is more rapid to fast the development of the offshore wind turbinetransport vessel.Offshore wind turbine transport ship structure forms a complex ship, the simple use ofthe cabin finite element and normative theory of empirical formula can not accuratelyreflect the total strength of the ship. So it is necessary for the whole ship structure of threedimensional finite element analysis of. According to the actual loading conditions,combined with longitudinal strength analysis, in order to ensure the ship economy, securityand integrity of the premise to solve the common calculation methods are difficult to solvepractical engineering problems.This paper carrrys on the simple introduction of the structure and features of theoffshore wind turbine transport vessel . According to the regulations of ChinaClassification Society, a 3D finite element model is established, and the ship building rulesare guided. Using three dimensional surface element method to realize the function of shipmotion and wave load transfer. Based on the Pearson moscowitzwave spectrum and theNorth Atlantic scatter plot, the long-term prediction results of wave loads under given loadconditions are obtained by using the spectral method. The vertical wave bending momentcalculated by the longitudinal strength is determined by the long-term prediction results.The dynamic pressure and inertia force induced by wave are calculated by the design wavemethod. Using PCL, the wave loads are loaded onto the full ship map. Inertial balancetechnology is a method to solve the weight balance of the whole ship. Through the analysisof the results ,the stress and the strain distribution of the ship are obtained.In this paper, the whole ship load wave load map, and directly involved in theapplication of hull longitudinal strength calculations, and then calculated results back toafter MSC / PATRAN in processing and analysis, the stress level of the transport ship andstrain distribution. The methods used herein for offshore wind turbine transport Boats FEMstrength assessment has important guiding significance and practical value, and itsconclusions on offshore wind turbine transport ship to assess the strength calculation hasimportant reference value.Keywords: FEM of whole ship; offshore wind turbine transport vessel; wave loads;strength evaluation;
