摘要本课题以风力发电机齿轮箱液压弹性支撑为研究对象,分析兆瓦级风力发电机齿轮箱运动时对液压弹性支撑的影响,进行了齿轮箱液压弹性支撑结构方案设计,通过三维建模及有限元软件分析计算确保液压弹性支撑适应风力发电机齿轮箱的减振要求。主要研究内容包括设计出适合风力发电机齿轮箱的液压弹性支撑结构。熟悉SOLIDWORKS软件,对零件进行三维造型并了解液压弹性支承的工作原理、安装工艺、和技术要求,掌握产品的结构、零件的作用以及相互配合关系。对设计好的三维零件进行虚拟装配。学习ABAQUS有限元分析软件,对其进行动力学分析,了解液压弹性支撑的工作环境及性能要求,并对其结构进行修改完善。48791

Abstract This topic to wind generators gear box hydraulic elastic support for research object,analysis the influence of hydraulic elastic support when mega watt wind turbine gear box moving,for hydraulic elastic support structure design,through 3 D modeling and finite element software analysis ensure hydraulic elastic support to adapt to the wind generator gear box shock absorption requirements。The main research contents including design suitable for wind turbine gearbox hydraulic elastic support structure。Familiar with SOLIDWORKS software,the three dimensional modeling parts and understand the working principle of the hydraulic elastic support ,installation process,and technical requirements,and master the structure of the product,the role of the parts and cooperate each other relations。Virtual assembly designed t 3D parts。Learning ABAQUS finite element analysis software,and carry on the dynamics analysis,understand hydraulic elastic support working environment and performance requirements,and the structure was modification and improvement。
