摘要造船生产设计,就是从施工的立场出发,通过设计形式,考虑高质量、高效率、短周期、并确保安全地解决怎样造船与怎样合理组织造船生产设计的过程。生产设计的内涵可以概括为:设计生产流量和设计精确物量。58600
好的生产设计能够清晰、完整地描述船舶生产建造流程,能够按照现代造船模式对船舶生产进行合理的阶段划分、工程分解;并且能够为每一阶段的生产作业提供准确、完整的制造信息,保障船舶生产连续、均衡、稳定地进行。所以生产设计在船舶建造过程中发挥着不小的作用。
本文以12500DWT多用途船的两个货舱底部分段为例,完成了生产设计的大部分工作流程,从分段结构图、拼板图与吊马图的绘制,到其中涉及到的零件编码,焊接工艺,施工程序等,都作了详细地设计与说明。此外还分析了生产设计的研究背景与现状,以及多用途船的特点与前景等。

Abstract Shipbuilding production design, from the standpoint of construction, by the form of designing, is the process of taking that high-quality, high efficiency, short cycle, and to ensure the safety of how to build ship and organize shipbuilding production design rational into account. Production design can be summarized as: the design for the amount of production and precision.
Good design can make clear and integrated description for the process of shipbuilding and construction, on the basis of the modern shipbuilding mode, it provided the way of partition for stages and engineering decomposition reasonably for shipbuilding; It also provided accurate and integrated information of construction for each stage of the production operations, to insure ship construction proceed continuously, regularly and steadily. So the production design plays a constructive role in process of ship construction.
In this paper, I take the examples of two bottom blocks of 12500DWT multi-purpose cargo ship, to complete most of the work of production design, from the block-structure drawing, jointed board drawing and the swinging ring drawing, to the relevant components coding, welding technology, construction program, etc. It have been designed and descripted in detail. In addition, It made analysis of the background and current situation of production design, as well as the features and prospects of multi-purpose vessels.
