摘 要现如今造船行业低靡,这是对造船人的一项挑战,同样也是一种机遇。在这种大环境下,集装箱船也不断趋于大型化。生产设计是船舶制造过程中至关重要的一项工作, 是设计文件与生产实际连接的桥梁。生产设计考虑了生产现场的施工能力来改善设计图纸,合理组织生产,使其符合现场制造能力,减少生产过程中不必要的麻烦和难以解决的困难,缩短建造周期,降低生产成本,为船厂带来效益。本文结合承造厂的生产能力和详细设计图纸,研究 2700TEU 集装箱船S14P/S 分段的生产设计, 并针对 S14P/S分段的生产设计提出了一套符合生产实际的建造方案。其主要内容包括了该分段的特点、分段的制造要领、生产设计图纸的说明、吊环的设置以及分段的涂装等。同时也对于我国造船业的现状、国内外对于集装箱船的研究现状以及集装箱船的特点和发展趋势进行了一些简单的论述。58915

Abstract Now the shipbuilding industry is in difficulty, this is a challenge for shipbuilding, butalso a kind of opportunity. In this kind of environment, the container vessels also tend to belarger and larger.Production design is the very important work in the process of ship manufacturing. Itis a bridge between the design document and the actual production. Production designconsiders the capacity in the construction of the production site to improve the quality ofthe design drawings. And at the same time it can organize the production according to thefield of manufacturing capacity rationally. It also reduces the unnecessary trouble and hardto resolve issues in the production process, shorten the construction period, reduce theproduction cost, bring benefits for the shipyard.In this paper, combined with the production capacity of the factory and detaileddesign drawings, 2700TEU container vessel S14P/S section of the production design, andfor the S14P/S section of the production design and put forward a set of practicalconstruction program. The main content includes the characteristics of the segment,segmented manufacturing essentials, production design drawings, rings and segmentedcoating. At the same time, it also discusses the status of China's shipbuilding industry,domestic and international research status of the container vessel and the characteristicsand development trend of the container vessel.
